Available for the first time in the 2010 season to Travel Menorca, Villa Mar and Villa Concho occupy an enviable position, next door to each other within this popular family resort, and enjoy front line direct sea views. The villas are almost identical in layout and furnishings and comprise the following accommodation, all on ground floor level: Three air-conditioned bedrooms -- one double with an ensuite bathroom and two equipped with two single beds each. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and drawers, and the two twin bedrooms share a separate shower room. Living/dining room with doors to terrace, sofas, coffee table, TV (local channels only) with DVD and dining table/chairs to seat six, wood burning stove and bookcase unit. Fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary crockery/cutlery and utensils expected for a self-catering holiday. The exterior of the villas is simple and quite spacious, with swimming pool with roman step access and separate children's pool within, sunbathing terracing and sunbeds, built-in brick BBQ, outdoor dining table/chairs and sea views. The villas are ideally situated for all the facilities within Cala en Bosc, situated a five-minute walk from the shops and restaurants, and around 20 minutes walk from the marina and beach. Early booking recommended. Friday changeover. Cala en Bosc is a lively resort situated around a marina with numerous bars and restaurants. Various boat excursions from the marina will take you along the south coast to swim at unspoiled beaches. The beach situated behind the marina is wide and sandy, deepening gradually, making it very safe for swimming. There is also a waterpark with slides and chutes and lots of watersport activities for the whole family. Cala en Bosc is a chic, lively resort and an ideal place for a family holiday. |
