With its elevated position above the Cala San Esteban inlet, this four-bedroom/two-bathroom fully air-conditioned villa, recently completed, enjoys beautiful views and a convenient location just five minutes from the island's ancient capital Es Castell. It is situated right next door to villa TM013.

The villa is accessed via a flight of steps at the side an a path to a rear door. Accommodation comprises over its two floors:

There are no shops or restaurants; Es Castell, a five-minute drive away, offers the nearest facilities. The beautiful beaches of Punta Prima and Binibeca are 10 minutes by car. There is a small children's play area with swings, and Cala San Esteban is also home to one of Menorca's leading historical sites, Fort Marlborough
