With its elevated position above the Cala San Esteban inlet, this four-bedroom/two-bathroom fully air-conditioned villa, recently completed, enjoys beautiful views and a convenient location just five minutes from the island's ancient capital Es Castell. It is situated right next door to villa TM016.

The villa is accessed via a flight of steps at the side an a path to a rear door. Accommodation comprises on the lower floor:

There is a small children's play area with swings, and Cala San Esteban is also home to one of Menorca's leading historical sites, Fort Marlborough
