TMA050/TMA051
These luxury fully air-conditioned/heated apartments - a ground-floor two-bed
and a first-floor three-bed - enjoy a stunning cliff-top location
overlooking the magnificent harbour of Mahon, and are just five minutes
walk from the harbour and its unrivalled selection of shops, bars
and restaurants.
The
apartments are located one above the other in a newly built block, one
of several surrounding a massive 20x8m shared swimming pool. Around the
pool is a large and well designed garden area with masses of space for
the occupants of the 40 or so apartments which share the amenity. The
harbour views from the gardens are spectacular.
The
ground-floor apartment, TMA050, enjoys direct access to the gardens/pool
via its large covered terrace, which is equipped with luxury wooden
sunbeds and a dining table with six chairs. Sliding doors (with
electrically powered shutters) lead from the terrace area into the large
living/dining/kitchen area which, like the entire apartment, features
sumptuous hardwood flooring.
The
living area features a large L-shaped sofa to seat five and a
flat-screen TV (local channels only) with DVD. There is a dining table
to seat six. The stone-floored kitchen has a small breakfast table and
luxury fitments/worktops, as well as split oven/hob, microwave,
dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. A washing machine is housed in a
separate utility area. There are two bedrooms - a master double with an
ensuite full bathroom and a twin bedroom - and a further separate full bathroom.
The
first-floor apartment, TMA051, is accessed by a short flight of steps or
via a lift. It enjoys a similar style and layout to the smaller
apartment and also features an attractive, modern kitchen with
microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and modern, stylish units.
The living room features two large sofas and a flat-screen TV with DVD,
and there is a wooden dining table to seat six. There is luxury hardwood
flooring throughout.
The
master double bedroom has a large ensuite full bathroom, and there is a
further full bathroom and a shower room servicing the other two
bedrooms, one of which features twin beds, the other a single bed with a
separate slide-out bed beneath.
Large
sliding glass doors (with electric shutters) lead from the living room
on to a spacious covered terrace which is equipped with table and chairs
for outdoor dining. The view from the terrace are panoramic and
breathtaking.
There is
