This wonderfully located apartment is situated on the third floor of a
small block of nine apartments on the harbourside. It has magnificent
views across to the Yacht Club and beyond.
Accommodation
comprises a pleasant sitting/dining room, comfortably furnished with
french doors to a balcony overlooking the water. The kitchen is nicely
fitted out with pine units and has a cooker, fridge, washing machine,
microwave and plenty of utensils for self catering.
To
the rear of the apartment is a double bedroom and a shower room/wc.
There is also use of the large roof terrace for sunbathing (chairs need
to be taken up) and a drying area.
A
5-10 minute walk takes you into the heart of cosmopolitan Mahon harbour
with its wealth of bars, restaurants and shops. Alternatively you can
just sit and watch the world go by from the balcony...

note that due to the stair access this apartment may not be suitable for
those with mobility problems. Friday change-over.
