This delightful, completely removed first floor apartment is situated in an exclusive, small and very attractive complex lined by mature palm trees above the lovely harbour of Ciutadella. The complex is made up of apartments that are built in several locations amid beautifully landscaped gardens sloping down to the sea. All guests share the use of a large swimming pool surrounded by lawns and terraces. The apartment has its own parking space and steps lead up to a door straight into the open plan living area, which has a covered terrace. It is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofa, coffee tables, wall mounted TV with satellite 'free to view' channels and DVD/CD audio system. The kitchen is hand crafted in solid beech with granite worktop and has oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of utensils for self-catering. The bedroom has a king-size bed, plenty of hanging space/shelves and a brand new ensuite shower room with large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. Both the bedroom and the living area benefit from air-conditioning. This apartment has been thoughtfully renovated and offers very comfortable accommodation for a couple who enjoy exploring the delights of Ciutadella whilst knowing they have their own oasis of calm to which they may return and relax. Ciutadella offers an excellent choice of bars and restaurants, and is truly a delight to explore with its narrow cobbled streets, ancient buildings, variety of shops selling local jewellery, food and leather goods, and colourful history. The historic port, with its little fishing boats and sleek yachts, also offers an excellent selection of restaurants. |
