Situated in a new complex in the popular family resort of Son Parc, this modern two bedroom apartment offers very comfortable accommodation in a peaceful location close to the shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the golf course, of Son Parc. The apartment is reached via two flights of stairs, through a gate on to a good-sized private terrace with countryside and pool views, built-in barbecue and outdoor patio furniture. Double glazed patio doors lead into the open plan living/dining/american bar-style kitchen, which benefits from air conditioning. The living area is tastefully and comfortably furnished with two sofas, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD and CD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus all necessary cutlery, crockery and utensils. The washing machine is housed on the drying terrace at rear of apartment. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with built-in wardrobes. They share a full family bathroom. Guests have the use of a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool at one end, which is set in extensive terracing surrounded by lawns and mature trees. This is a particularly well appointed apartment with its own underground car parking space and is a good choice for a family holiday. Flexible day change-over. Son Parc is an attractive urbanisation on Menorca's beautiful north coast. It has its own lovely horseshoe-shaped sandy beach, as well as a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Between five and 10 minutes drive is a range of other beaches and resorts, including Arenal d'en Castell, Na Macaret, Puerto Addaya and the picturesque fishing village of Fornells. Journey time from the airport is approximately 25 minutes. To get the most from a holiday based in Son Parc, we strongly recommend a hire car. |
