A pleasant, compact and well furnished and maintained first floor apartment with sea views, situated on a small and peaceful development in the popular family coastal village of Puerto Addaya. This bright apartment comprises entrance hall; compact modern fitted kitchen; lounge/diner with table and four chairs and new TV with satellite free-to-view channels and DVD player, plus CD player; fully tiled modern wc/shower room; two bedrooms, one with twin bed arranged as a double and fitted pine wardrobes, the other with twin beds. From the double-glazed french doors in the lounge there is access to the balcony with built in BBQ; table and chairs. There are excellent uninterrupted views from the balcony, down to the port and the sea beyond. The development has extensive pretty and mature gardens of lawns, shrubs and palm trees, and is centered around the very large swimming pool, which is maintained to a high standard. The supermarket, shops and bar-restaurants of Addaya are just a two-minute walk away, and while Addaya does not itself have a beach (but does have a very attractive marina for yachts and power boats), the beaches of Na Macaret, Arenal d'en Castell and Son Saura are just five minutes by car. Friday change-over. Puerto Addaya is a small, quiet and pleasant resort-cum-residential pueblo, with several bar-restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Although it does not have its own beach (and therefore fewer crowds and commercialisation), it does have a pretty yacht marina and some dramatic views, and an excellent choice of first class beaches and resorts within five or 10 minutes drive, including Arenal d'en Castell, Son Parc (which also is home to the island's golf course), Son Saura, Na Macaret and Fornells Playa. |
