This attractive three-bedroom front-line ground floor apartment overlooks the cove of Cala Torret, just a short stroll from the sheltered sandy beach of Binibeca, and is ideal for those who want a family beach holiday but don't necessarily need a swimming pool. The apartment has undergone recent major restoration work, and offers its fortunate guests a modern, comfortable and good quality home from home. Accommodation consists of living/dining room, tastefully furnished with sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs and a range of accessory furnishings, modern fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two more with two single beds, but the owners – for whom this apartment is a much-loved tranquil 'bolt hole' – consider standard occupancy is for 4/5 persons for guests to obtain maximum enjoyment and comfort from their Menorca home. There is also a modern, fully tiled bathroom/WC. Although the Cala Torret apartments do not offer a swimming pool due to their location within the protected coastal conservation area, they offer a wonderful waterside position with excellent sea views (the water is less than 20m away) from the small terrace, and the beach at Binibeca is less than a five minute stroll. The apartments guests can also find a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket within a 3/4 minute walk. Friday change-over. The coastal resort of Binibeca has a lovely sandy beach and sheltered bay, and features numerous shops, restaurants and bars. There is a diving school and boat launching facilities at Cala Torret. The nearby historic town of Sant Lluis is just six mins by car, Mahon around 15 minutes and the airport around the same. |
