A bright, modern and fully air conditioned apartment boasting what must be one of the most fabulous sea views and closest beach/seaside locations in Menorca. The huge picture windows from two sides of the sitting room and master bedroom directly overlook the sand dunes and lovely beach of Son Saura, and the sea beyond. This is truly a 'front-line apartment' with the sea less than 150m away, and nothing in between except the dunes! There is a path providing direct access to the beach, just two minutes away. The apartment is one of just 18 on this attractive and unique complex, which share beautifully maintained communal gardens with spacious lawns, palm trees and colourful Mediterranean shrubs surrounding the swimming pool. All the apartments are located on the upper (first) level to take full advantage of the stunning position, with storage rooms/garages on the ground level. They are accessed by a spiral staircase leading to the upper level, so they may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Accommodation comprises spacious sitting/dining room comfortably furnished with cane sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD and CD music system. The most stunning feature of this room is the floor-to-ceiling window and its spectacular views over the beach. Doors open on to a semi-circular terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the views. The compact but well designed and fully equipped kitchen includes gas hob/electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and sandwich toaster. The master bedroom has two single beds which can be arranged as a double, fitted wardrobes, a security safe and sliding glass doors to the terrace. The second bedroom also has two single beds. Both share a full bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and vanity unit. There is a separate WC also This very comfortable, bright and attractively furnished apartment benefits from a full air conditioning/heating system to both bedrooms, sitting room, hallway and bathroom. The various Son Parc restaurants, bars and shops, and the two supermarkets, are within 10 minutes walk. The island's only golf course is nearby also. Friday change-over. Son Parc is an attractive urbanisation on Menorca's beautiful north coast. It has its own lovely horseshoe-shaped sandy beach, as well as a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Son Parc is home to the island's only golf course. Between five and 10 minutes drive is a range of other beaches and resorts, including Arenal d'en Castell, Na Macaret, Puerto Addaya and the picturesque fishing village of Fornells. Journey time from the airport is approximately 25 minutes. To get the most from a holiday based in Son Parc, we strongly recommend a hire car. |
