AS002  Situated in a new complex within pine woods in the popular family resort of Son Parc, this two-bedroom apartments offers very comfortable accommodation in a peaceful location.

The apartment is reached via two flights of stairs, through a gate on to a private terrace with countryside and pool views, built-in barbecue and outdoor furniture. Double glazed patio doors lead into the open plan living/dining/bar-style kitchen, which benefits from air-conditioning. The living area is comfortably furnished with double sofabed, chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV (satellite free to view channels), DVD and CD music system.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is housed on the drying terrace at rear of apartment.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with built-in wardrobes. The bedrooms share a full family bathroom.

Clients share the use of a large swimming pool with circular children's pool attached, set in extensive terracing surrounded by lawns and mature trees.

The apartment also benefits from a covered car-parking space, and within the car park area there is also a beach equipment storage area, lavatory and shower room, for the exclusive use of guests.

This is a particularly well appointed apartment, new for 2005, and a good choice for a family holiday close to the facilities of Son Parc. . Saturday change-over.

Menorca north region guide

Son Parc is an attractive urbanisation on Menorca's beautiful north coast. It has its own lovely horseshoe-shaped sandy beach, as well as a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Between five and 10 minutes drive is a range of other beaches and resorts, including Arenal d'en Castell, Na Macaret, Puerto Addaya and the picturesque fishing village of Fornells. Journey time from the airport is approximately 25 minutes. To get the most from a holiday based in Son Parc, we strongly recommend a hire car.
