AM004 This beach-front apartment with spectacular sea views is situated in a popular 'beach club' within the lovely resort of Arenal d'en Castell. Steps lead down from the parking area and up to the apartment into the main open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area, which has an air-conditioning/heating unit. French doors lead out to the terrace with table and chairs - ideal for outdoor dining while enjoying the amazing sea views. The living area is comfortably furnished with sofa and armchairs, dining table and chairs, TV/video, DVD and CD music system. The kitchen has oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ample utensils for a self-catering holiday. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. They share a full bathroom. Facilities at the complex include a 32m infinity pool overlooking the beach, a restaurant and a small launderette for the exclusive use of guests. The resort facilities are a 5-10 min walk. This is a comfortable apartment which offers an ideal location for a family holiday. Monday change-over. |
