AM001
This wonderfully convenient complex, a
mixture of holiday and residential properties, offers a wonderful
location in the popular resort of Es Castell close to the lovely harbour
of Calas Fonts with its excellent bars, restaurants and shops. A gated,
locked entrance ensures privacy and security and there are two swimming
pools for client use.
We
offer a selection of both single level and duplex apartments - one, two
and three bedrooms - to suit a wide variety of tastes.
AM001
is a ground floor duplex apartment with one double bedroom which offers
well appointed, spacious and relaxing accommodation. Entrance is into
the hallway with, to the left, a full bathroom with bath and overhead
shower, sink and WC and, to the rear, a double bedroom with fitted
wardrobes and window overlooking the pool area. Also on this floor if
needed is a small bedroom with a bunk bed (only used if three guests).
On
the upper level is a spacious sitting dining/room with sofas, coffee
table, TV with DVD and free to view satellite channels, dining table and
chairs plus French windows overlooking the pool area. To the rear of
this room is the separate fitted kitchen with halogen hob/electric oven,
fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and plenty of crockery,
cutlery and utensils for self catering. There is also a separate WC with
washbasin on this floor.
The
complex guests can take advantage of the two swimming pools, one with
separate children's area, and the extensive sunbathing terraces
surrounding them.
A
2 -3 minute stroll takes you to the harbour where in the spring/summer
months there is a street market and entertainers several nights a week.
If you are lucky enough to be there around July 25 then the Es Castell
Fiesta is a must-see which culminates in a fantastic firework display on
the last night. There is also a supermarket just a one-minute walk away.
This is a convenient location for a family holiday with many beaches
10-15 minutes drive and the bonus of being able to walk to a wonderful
selection of restaurants in the evening. Monday change-over.
