AFW007  A rare opportunity to stay in the heart of the beautiful town of Ciutadella in a completely renovated apartment within a lovely traditional building just off the main square of 'Es Born'.

Three one-bedroom apartments, with differing features of exceptionally high quality, are available. The general look is very modern and contemporary

Due to the age of this building and the cool, thick walls, air-conditioning is not fitted. Tower fans are in all bedrooms.

The ground floor apartment has a 50sq m garden with two beautiful palm trees and is furnished with table/chairs and sun loungers. For 2010, a Jacuzzi and decked area is being installed.

The penthouse apartment has a staircase leading up to the roof terrace from the living area, which features loungers, a hot tub and amazing views over the Ciutadella rooftops.

The best of Menorquin original features have been retained in this lovely building, including the beautiful Arabic four-point mares stone ceilings. This, combined with some glass walls and contemporary furnishing, makes for a spectacular, light, airy and comfortable holiday rental for those who want to be in the heart of the local culture with their own space and privacy. Ciutadella offers an excellent choice of bars and restaurants, and is truly a delight to explore with its narrow cobbled streets, ancient buildings, variety of shops selling local jewellery, food and leather goods, and colourful history.
