AFW007  A rare opportunity to stay in the heart of the beautiful town of Ciutadella in a completely renovated apartment within a lovely building just off the main square of 'Es Born'.

We are offering three one-bedroom apartments of an exceptionally high quality in terms of fittings and furnishings. The general look is modern and contemporary.

All kitchens are fully fitted with integral oven/hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. All bathrooms are shower 'wet rooms'. Bedrooms feature a king size bed. Living rooms are very comfortably furnished and feature TV with free to view satellite, DVD and CD audio systems.

The bedroom of each apartment is air-conditioned.

The ground floor apartment has a 50m square garden with two beautiful palm trees and will have loungers and table/chairs. The top floor apartment has a staircase leading up to a roof terrace which will feature loungers and a hot tub.

The best of Menorquin original features have been retained, including the beautiful Arabic-type four point mares stone ceilings. This, combined with some glass walls and contemporary furnishings, will make for a spectacular, light, airy and comfortable holiday rental for those who want to be in the heart of the local culture. Friday change-over.

Ciutadella offers an excellent choice of bars and restaurants, and is truly a delight to explore with its narrow cobbled streets, ancient buildings, variety of shops selling local jewellery, food and leather goods, and colourful history. The historic port, with its little fishing boats and sleek yachts, also offers an excellent selection of restaurants.
