Just a short walk from the beautiful beach
and resort of Cala Galdana, this attractive apartment offers an ideal
location for a family holiday.
The semi detached
property is all on one level, around 12 steps up from the road. It
enjoys lovely views over to the cliffs and has a large sunbathing
terrace with table/chairs and sunloungers.
The accommodation
offers the following:
Bedroom 1 with double bed
Bedroom 2 with two single beds
Open-plan living area with sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs,
doors to terrace, flat-screen TV with DVD. The bar-style kitchen off has
fitted units, built-in ceramic hob and oven, microwave and fridge
freezer, plus all the necessary crockery and utensils for a
self-catering holiday.
Bathroom with shower and fitted vanity unit, WC , washing machine and
sink.
There is an
air-conditioning unit in the main living area which, if doors are left
open, will filter throughout the apartment.
While it does not have
a pool, this apartment offers a great location close to the beach, and
is brand new to our company for 2010. Early booking is recommended.
