This pleasant ground floor three-bedroom apartment is very conveniently
situated adjacent to the large swimming pool, terraces and landscaped
gardens in a popular complex with lovely sea views.
The
apartment is accessed from the large private terrace through shuttered
french doors, which open into a good sized living/dining room. This
L-shaped room is furnished with two good quality sofas, and a range of
matching pine furniture including bookcase/display cabinet, coffee
table, dining table and chairs. There is a TV (local channel access
only) and a DVD player which, of course, can also be used to play music
CDs.

double, a twin and a bunk-bedded room. All have ample wardrobe space and
bedside tables. They share a full family bathroom.

is a small, quiet community of 40 apartments built in the traditional
and attractive style of a typical Spanish 'pueblo' (village), and the
owners and guests enjoy beautiful lawned communal gardens which have
many colourful and fragrant Mediterranean plants, shrubs and trees, plus

of the pool.
The
complex is less than five minutes stroll from Son Parc's lovely sweeping
sandy beach, Son Saura, accessed by steps. Just across from the
development is a general shop located within a small aparthotel. A wider
range of shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are in the centre of
