apartment is located on the top (second) floor, and the sitting room and
one bedroom have small balconies overlooking the sea - less than 20m
away.

apartment provides comfortable family accommodation and comprises three
bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single - sharing a full bathroom
and a separate shower room. The sitting/dining room has a ceiling fan,
satellite (free-to-view channels only) TV, video and CD music centre
with small terrace. The compact kitchen is well equipped with full
cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
This
complex is a tasteful and mature development of privately owned
apartments set in beautifully maintained gardens of lawns, palm trees
and shrubs, and is located next to the sea at the mouth of the port of
Mahon. It also benefits from a large communal swimming pool and lawned

Sol
del Este is a small, quiet resort-town with a few bar-restaurants and
two supermarkets. It also has a small, gently shelving beach in a cove,
just 3-4 minutes walk from the apartments. However,
less than four minutes by car (or around 10 minutes walk around the
headland) is the bustling town of Es Castell with its wide selection of
restaurants, bars, supermarkets, speciality shops and general facilities
- as well as Calas Fonts, the lovely horseshoe-shaped fishing port and
harbour of Es Castell, which boasts more than 20 bars and restaurants,
plus a street market and entertainers on several evenings per week
during the season.
