Apartment ref AF027  These beautiful harbourside apartments are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the historic town of Es Castell. They were constructed recently and provide unusually spacious accommodation and all are furnished and equipped to a comfortable standard.

Externally and to the front, the property is designed as a terrace of four classic-style three-storey town houses. Behind each main entrance door (accessed by a security system) are six apartments, two to each floor. The first and second floor apartments are serviced by a lift, and there is a secure underground car park.

To the rear of the building there is a huge tiled terrace area and a large and attractive circular swimming pool with spectacular harbour views.

We have available several of these outstanding properties, including a large ground floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. This features one master double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC and two further bedrooms, each with twin beds, sharing a further family bathroom. It has a modern fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc.

The large and comfortably furnished living/dining room has satellite TV (free-to-view channels only), DVD, and sliding french doors opening on to a very large private patio, with BBQ, sun blind, patio table and chairs and sunloungers. A gate from the patio leads to four shallow steps on to the communal terraces and swimming pool.

Also available are several other apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (including master with double bed and ensuite bathroom/WC). Like the three-bed apartment all have spacious, tastefully furnished and well equipped living/dining rooms with satellite TV/DVD, modern and fully equipped fitted kitchens and large private patios with direct access to communal terrace and swimming pool (if on the ground floor). First- and second-floor apartments have large balconies overlooking the communal terrace and pool.

All apartments have central heating, making them ideal for early and late season bookings. Friday/flexible change-over.
