AF026  This recently constructed complex, a mixture of holiday and residential properties, offers a wonderful location in the popular resort of Es Castell, close to the lovely harbour of Calas Fons with its excellent bars, restaurants and shops. A gated, locked entrance ensures privacy and security and there are two swimming pools for clients' use.

We offer a selection of single level and duplex apartments, two and three bedrooms to suit a wide variety of tastes.

AF026 is a first-floor duplex apartment with two bedrooms which offers well appointed, spacious and relaxed accommodation. Entrance is into the main living area with quality leather sofa and armchair, Mexican-style furnishing including dining table/leather chairs, satellite TV (free to view channels) with 32in flat screen,  DVD (and small collection of movies), CD music system and doors looking out over the road.

Also on this level is the well-equipped kitchen with built-in oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of utensils.

Stairs lead up to the bedroom level. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, a free-standing floor fan, and a door to a small drying terrace. The twin bedroom is very spacious. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom and there is a private sunbathing terrace with table/chairs and loungers.

This apartment has the benefit of a secure underground parking space.

A 2-3 minute stroll takes you to the harbour where, in the summer months, there is a street market and entertainers several nights a week. There is also a supermarket just a one-minute walk away. This is a convenient location for a family holiday with many beaches 10-15 minutes drive and the bonus of being able to walk to a wonderful selection of restaurants in the evening. Resort information

Situated just five minutes drive from Mahon, Es Castell features two charming coves.
