AF023  This recently constructed complex, a mixture of holiday and residential properties, offers a wonderful location in the popular resort of Es Castell close to the lovely harbour of Cales Fons with its excellent bars, restaurants and shops. A gated, locked entrance ensures privacy and security and there are two swimming pools for clients' use.

We offer a selection of both single-level and duplex apartments with two and three bedrooms to suit a wide variety of tastes.

AF023 is a duplex apartment on two levels with three bedrooms and offers very comfortable and relaxing accommodation. The ground floor entrance is into the hall, off which are the double bedroom and two twin bedrooms - all with wardrobe space, bedside tables, lamps and fans - plus a full, modern tiled bathroom.

Stairs lead up to the first floor into a very spacious, comfortably furnished living/dining room with sofas, TV (free-to-view channels only), DVD, iPod dock, CD music system, dining table/chairs and doors out to a terrace overlooking the pool area. The terrace is furnished with hardwood table and chairs. Also on this level is the kitchen, and a further large full family bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped, with built-in oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine, plus a full range of utensils.

Situated at the rear of the building, this apartment is nicely appointed and very spacious.

A 2-3 minute stroll takes you to the harbour where, in the summer months, there is a street market and entertainers several nights a week. There is also a supermarket just a minute's walk away. This is a convenient location for a family holiday with many beaches 10-15 minutes drive and the bonus of being able to walk to a wonderful selection of restaurants in the evening. Resort information

Situated just five minutes drive from Mahon, Es Castell features two charming coves.
