AF021  This recently constructed complex, a mixture of holiday and residential properties, offers a wonderful location in the popular resort of Es Castell close to the lovely harbour of Calas Fons with its excellent bars, restaurants and shops. A gated, locked entrance ensures privacy and security and there are two swimming pools for clients' use.

We offer a selection of both single level and duplex apartments, two and three bedrooms to suit a wide variety of tastes.

AF021 is an upper-floor duplex apartment with two bedrooms which offers well appointed, spacious and relaxed accommodation.

Entrance is into the main living area with sofas, dining table/chairs, TV/video, CD/miniDisc music system and doors to a terrace furnished with table and chairs to seat four, from which you can enjoy distant sea views.

Also on this level is the well-equipped kitchen with built-in oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of utensils. Next to the kitchen is a separate WC with wash basin.

Stairs lead up to the bedroom level and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with built-in wardrobes, small terraces and ceiling fans. They share a full modern bathroom.

A 2 -3 minute stroll takes you to the harbour, where in the summer months there is a street market and entertainers several nights a week. There is also a supermarket a one-minute walk away. This is a convenient location for a family holiday with many beaches 10-15 minutes drive and the bonus of being able to walk to a wonderful selection of restaurants in the evening.
