AF012  This pleasant ground floor apartment is situated in a popular complex in the marina resort of Port Addaya.

The bright accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading into the comfortable furnished sitting/dining room with bar style kitchen off. The living room is furnished with with chairs, double sofa bed, small TV with DVD, CD music system, dining table and chairs and has patio doors leading to the large terrace with built-in barbecue and outdoor furniture. There are uninterrupted sea views down to the marina and open sea beyond.

The kitchen has an oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer and ample utensils, crockery and cutlery. The washing machine is situated in the hallway cupboard.

There are two bedrooms, both with air-conditioning and fully fitted pine wardrobes. One bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed and the other has single beds which can be arranged as a double if needed. Both bedrooms share a fully tiled modern wc/shower room.

This apartment is equipped with a safe for visitors' valuables.

The complex has extensive pretty and mature gardens of lawns, shrubs and trees, centered around a very large swimming pool. The supermarket and restaurants are a minute's walk away. While Addaya does not itself have a beach it has an attractive marina for yachts and powerboats and the beaches of Na Macaret, Son Saura and Arenal d'en Castell are all within 10 minutes drive. Friday change-over.

Puerto Addaya is a small, quiet and pleasant resort-cum-residential pueblo, with several bar-restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Although it does not have its own beach (and therefore fewer crowds and commercialisation), it does have a pretty yacht marina and some dramatic views, and an excellent choice of first class beaches and resorts within five or 10 minutes drive, including Arenal d'en Castell, Son Parc (which also is home to the island's golf course), Son Saura, Na Macaret and Fornells Playa.
