AF004 This bright and modern ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is situated in a sought-after development  just a few metres from the driving range and 18-hole golf course of Son Parc. The apartment has a dual air-conditioning and heating unit fitted in the lounge, providing a good level of climate control throughout.

The apartment features a very large covered patio with table and chairs, four sunbeds and a built-in BBQ. Double-glazed sliding french doors give access to the sitting/dining room, which is tastefully furnished with sofa, chairs, dining table and chairs and a natural wood unit with TV with DVD and video. The modern, fully tiled and equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

Off the hallway leading from the lounge is the modern, fully tiled bathroom, with shower cubicle, WC, basin and vanity unit. The two bedrooms both have twin beds, and the master bedroom has a good quality and spacious ensuite bathroom.

Just a few metres from the gated patio is the very large, irregular shaped swimming pool (with shallow children's area), one of several pools available to owners and paying guests in Son Parc. The pool is surrounded by landscaped and lawned gardens, and offers a perfect base for a relaxed family holiday.

The urbanisation of Son Parc offers numerous entertainment facilities close at hand, including bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The lovely sandy beach of Son Saura is close by, and within a short drive are several other beaches (Playa de Fornells, Arenal d'en Castell, Na Macaret) plus the pretty and historic local fishing port of Fornells, which also has boat hire, sailing school and scuba diving/teaching facilities. Menorca north region guide

Son Parc is an attractive urbanisation on Menorca's beautiful north coast. It has its own lovely horseshoe-shaped sandy beach, as well as a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Between five and 10 minutes drive is a range of other beaches and resorts, including Arenal d'en Castell, Na Macaret, Puerto Addaya and the picturesque fishing village of Fornells. Journey time from the airport is approximately 25 minutes. To get the most from a holiday based in Son Parc, we strongly recommend a hire car.
