How do I pay and when will be balance be due?
We request a 25% deposit at the time of booking. Deposit payments can be made by cheque/debit or credit card to Travel Menorca Ltd. Deposit payments made by credit card attract no fee but 2% will be charged on balances paid by Mastercard/Visa credit cards and American Express. There is no charge for balances paid by debit card. The property booked will be held for 7 days while payment and booking forms are returned to our office. Your confirmation will be sent by return. The balance of your account is due 10 weeks before your departure. Please allow 14 days to receive your final instructions from receipt of balance payment.

Are linen and towels provided in the property?
All bedroom linen, bath and hand towels are provided. You will need to bring your own towels for use by the pool and on the beach. Due to client demand and airline luggage restrictions we now offer a beach towel rental package. See extras price list for full details.

What is in the welcome pack?
Various types of welcome/food packs are available which must be booked at least 3 weeks before you travel. Full contents list for both are listed on our extras price list. For your convenience we would recommend a welcome pack if you are arriving late in the evening. We are happy to arrange specially selected shopping from a provided list for an extra charge.

Is maid service included in the price?
You will have an interim clean and linen change if you are staying for 10 nights or longer. Any additional maid service can be ordered in the UK and must be booked at least two weeks prior to your departure. Payment will be locally in euros to the maids on completion.

Where do I pick up my keys?
Details regarding your key collection will be sent in your final instructions once payment is received.

If satellite TV is in the villa, what channels will I receive?
The channels will be local to the country. Various English channels are available, but usually only the free-to-view Sky channels. Please do not expect to receive all the channels you would on an English satellite TV.

Equipment in the properties
All properties contain iron, ironing board, electric kettle and toaster; most have washing machines. Few of our properties offers a hairdryer. If in any doubt, please check with us before you depart regarding the particular equipment in your chosen property.

Can we go to the villa before 3pm on arrival?
Official entrance time is 3pm. We try to get your property ready as soon as possible but obviously on very busy changeover days this is not always possible. Please bear this in mind when you book your flights and do not expect to go to your property straight away if you book a flight that arrives early in Menorca.

Can we stay in the villa after the 10am vacating time?
This depends on the incoming guests’ arrival time but if you have very special requirements for needing to stay after 10am, please ask our management company in resort at least 2 days prior to your departure. They may be able to help in certain cases. Please do not phone the UK office as they will not be able to help.

Can I book equipment for children?
We offer a wide range of equipment for babies and children, see our extras list. All must be pre-booked and paid for in full in the UK. They will be in your property on arrival. Please clean them thoroughly prior to your departure for the next client. We also offer a baby-sitting service. Please check for full details.

What happens if we have an emergency in the villa?
Our English speaking management companies provide 24 hour telephone numbers for any emergency situation.
